Definitions of Key Terms

The following terms used in these conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" or "kx8x" — The website https://kx8x.bar and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on kx8x or is using its services.
• "Account" — A user's personal profile on the platform.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in an account (Bangladeshi Taka / BDT).
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds awarded by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

Interpretation Principles

In these terms and conditions, singular may be read as plural and plural as singular. In the event of any ambiguity, kx8x's interpretation shall be considered final.

Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services at kx8x, you must be 21 years of age or older. The platform may request an identity card, birth certificate, or any other official government document at any time to verify your age.

One Account Rule

Each individual may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, mobile number, bank account, or device is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. If false or incorrect information is provided, the account may be closed at any time. Any changes to your information must be reported to the platform immediately.

Password Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.

Third-Party Use

Allowing anyone else to use your account or placing bets on behalf of another person is prohibited. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out on the account.

KYC Verification

kx8x may request KYC documents for identity verification before processing a withdrawal or at any time. If the required documents are not submitted on time, payment may be suspended or the account may be restricted.

Deposit Limits and Methods

The minimum deposit amount at kx8x is ৳300. Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and any listed commercial bank). Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Single Source of Payment

Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method and belong to the same account owner. Sending or receiving payments through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Currency

All transactions on kx8x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Welcome Bonus Terms

kx8x offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (the wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus).

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus (total balance ৳2,200). To withdraw this ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 (1,200 × 10) in bets.

General Bonus Terms

• Two bonus offers cannot be used together at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.
• kx8x reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through dishonest means, the account will be closed.

VIP Cashback

kx8x's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are determined by the platform. Applicable conditions must be met to withdraw cashback.

Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a technical error on the part of the platform has been proven. kx8x reserves the right to void a bet and refund the stake if a system error causes an incorrect result to be displayed.

Sports Betting

The odds and markets available in the sports betting section cover a variety of sporting events. Odds may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

Casino Games

Casino games available on kx8x use software from third-party providers (such as PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi). The results of these games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and fair play is guaranteed.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx8x platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Hacking the system, or placing bets using bots or automated software
• Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses
• Colluding or conspiring with other users to place bets
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security
• Operating an account under a false identity or on behalf of another person
• Pressuring or threatening any employee or agent of the platform

Ownership and Permission

All content on the kx8x website — including logos, images, text, software, designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of kx8x or is used under an authorized license. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

Limited License

A limited, revocable, non-exclusive license is granted for personal and non-commercial use of the platform. This license is non-transferable under any circumstances.

Technical Disruptions

kx8x is not directly liable for any disruption to gameplay caused by internet disconnection, server issues, software errors, or any other technical reason. However, in the case of a proven system error, the applicable stake will be refunded.

Third-Party Services

kx8x is not liable for any errors or delays from payment gateways or game providers (such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket). These services are governed by the respective third party's own terms and conditions.

Gambling Losses

Claims for the return of money lost on bets are not accepted. Online gaming depends on uncertain outcomes, and users participate with full awareness of the financial risk involved.

Closure at User's Request

A user may close their own account at any time. Please contact the support team to do so. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

Closure at Platform's Initiative

kx8x may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Being identified as a minor
• Self-exclusion request

Severability

Entire Agreement
